What we collect
When you use the Scorecard or waitlist form on this site, we collect the details you type in:
- Your email address (required) and your name (optional)
- For the waitlist form: which updates you want and an optional message
- The consent you gave (“I agree to receive updates; unsubscribe anytime.”), the time you gave it, and the page you used
The Scorecard checklist runs in your browser. Your answers to the 10 questions are not sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To send the updates you asked for about the Scorecard, the Back 9 Reset, golf-body education and the in-clinic waitlist
- To notify the site administrator that you signed up
- To answer a message you sent
We do not sell your email address.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Form submissions are stored in this website’s WordPress database and are visible only to site administrators. If we use an email service provider to send updates, it will process your email address on our behalf, and we will keep this policy up to date.
Unsubscribe, access and deletion
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Send your request through the Contact page and we will respond. We keep sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Cookies
This site uses a cookie consent tool (CookieAdmin) that lets you accept, reject or customize cookies by category. Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice. You can reopen the consent panel from the banner or the cookie settings link at any time to change your choice.
The Back 9 Spine pages and forms do not load advertising trackers. If analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, they will be listed in the cookie tool and this policy will be updated.
Payments
No payments or checkout are enabled on this site at this time. If paid products are offered later, payment details will be handled by a payment processor and this policy will be updated first.
Children
This site is written for adult golfers and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s details.
