01 · The problem

You love golf. Your body is editing the calendar.

01

After 18

Pain or stiffness after the round. The car ride home is part of the problem.

02

Hole 1–3

A cold body, a rushed warm-up and a turn that feels stuck from the first tee.

03

Random fixes

Lessons, new drivers and random stretching do not create a repeatable prep-and-recovery habit.

02 · The mechanism

Four moves. One golf-body reset.

A simple education frame built around the moments that matter: before, during and after the round.

  1. 01

    Warm up for load

Hips, T-spine and shoulders, then progressive swings.

  2. 02

    Stretch with intent

Long static work when warm, or in a separate session.

  3. 03

    Reset after 18

A 5–8 minute routine before you leave the lot.

  4. 04

    Re-score

Notice what changed in your own words at Day 7 and Day 21.

This is golf-body education and habit design. It is not a medical diagnosis and not a promise to cure anything.

03 · What’s inside

The Reset stack

Your daily track

Do it in minutes, not hours

  • Day-by-day reset: short videos and a daily checklist for the 7–14 day window
  • Tee-box warm-up card: hips, T-spine, progressive swings
  • After-18 reset: 5–8 minutes

Your reference kit

Keep it, reuse it

  • Rotation mini-series: hips, T-spine, shoulders
  • Scorecard re-test at Day 7 and Day 21
  • Do this / skip that: less rabbit hole, more repeatability

Fit check

Is the Reset for you?

For you if…

  • You love golf but feel your body limiting rounds
  • You stretch and still feel beat up after 18
  • You want education and a short system, not a scare diagnosis

Not for you if…

  • You need clinical care. This is not emergency care, diagnosis or imaging.
  • You are chasing equipment or yardage claims
  • You have red-flag symptoms, which require appropriate medical care

Apply-the-reset refund · Draft

Try the habit. Then decide.

The plan is to let you complete the 7–14 day reset and, if you do not feel clearer mobility or less golf-related discomfort on your own self-report, email within a refund window for a refund. Exact terms are still being finalized and nothing is for sale yet.

Important: this is educational programming. It is not a diagnosis, not a cure and not a promise to eliminate pain. Results vary. Red-flag symptoms require appropriate medical care.

04 · FAQ

Quick answers. Zero hype.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. The Reset is golf-specific mobility, warm-up and after-18 reset education. It is not medical advice or a diagnosis.

How long does it take each day?

It is designed as short sessions for a phone-friendly 7–14 day reset, so you can fit it around range days, pre-tee prep and the walk back to the car.

What if I already stretch a lot?

That is often the clue. Stretching is not the same as a golf-ready warm-up or an after-18 reset. The Reset separates length work from rotation-ready prep.

Will this add 20 yards?

No yardage claims are made. The focus is clearer mobility and better preparation. Your own rounds and re-score show what changed.

What is the price, and when can I get it?

Price is to be determined and no payment or checkout is enabled. The Reset is coming soon. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.

I am local to Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch or Bradenton. Should I wait for the clinic?

No need. The online path starts now with the Scorecard. In-clinic dry needling and chiropractic care are planned as a secondary layer, and you can join that waitlist separately.

Play more. Hurt less.
Start before the next first tee.
